Elliot is the mayor of Nox and so naturally, encompasses the personality of the town. That means he likes to party, drink and have lots of meaningless sex. His pb is Ian Somerhalder though, so that's okay surely? Anyway, this mayor has a reputation for being corrupt though has never been caught to be so and he will do something for anyone if it means he benefits from it too. Still, he is a good mayor and listens to his citizens above anyone, especially the council of whom he has a rocky relationship with,

If you are on the council, it's not that he will hate you. More simply, if you try to tell him how to run his town he won't be fond. Elliot is hard headed and a terrible listener so good luck with trying to get him to do anything he doesn't want to. The shade has built up an army of contacts that can help him out at any time so he is definitely someone you want on your side. You will normally see him raving it up in a night club at night or at a typical good visit to somewhere in Nox to award them with something.

It's no secret that he embraces the darker side of his personality and he has high capabilities with the shade power of blending into the shadows, having used it more than once to escape a difficult situation. Consequently, he hates rooms with millions of lights and he has phobias of fire and tight spaces. Honestly, Elliot becomes a wimp involving fire.

So Friends, surprisingly, he needs a lot. He may be a dick a lot of the time, he also is a charmer and needs plenty of people on his side. If you are his friend or acquaintance it will be very useful as Elliot is very good at getting things for you. If you are on the council, then that is okay as well so long as they aren't one of the ones looking over his shoulder all the time. Let him get on with what he does best and then Elliot will happily enjoy your company. Drinking buddies, party buddies, politics buddies, just for show buddies. Anything.

Then we have enemies which are bound to happen. The guy is in politics after all. You'll want to hate him sometimes. Honestly, if you're not someone that appeals to him he probably won't rush to talk to you unless you are part of his town, in which case he will because he can be charming. If you are council member who likes to butt in,watch out. You will probably get a tongue lashing. I would quite like one of the council to have to frequently use their compulsion power on him because he won't listen to them... that'd be interesting haha.

Finally, it's lovers. Sexy sexy lovers. This man currently does not believe love exists. I know, sad right? Well, that explains why he tends to just have sex as much as he can with both male and female companions. He doesn't discriminate and if you're interested, get in touch! Of course, I also want him to fall in love at some point so if you have an idea for an epic plot, that'd be cool. Ian Somerhalder should tempt you in ;]

Rueben's also a Shade, and I think the two are quite similar, when it comes to their fondness for drinking, parties and women. Although Rueben lives in Umbra, I think they could have met through various contacts or a party, because Rueben's quite famous for his wealth and 'tragic' history, and he tends to hang out with people that matter.

He's the type of person that will only be nice to others for his own benefit, but he won't care for them, or view them as actual friends. He keeps that part of him to himself though, and he won't show any part of him that could damage the relationship. I think the two could become 'friends', Rueben would definitely try and have Elliot on his side because of his position and power. I can see them being drinking/party buddies, but I don't mind, I'm pretty open for any sorts of plots. What do you think? (:

Now, these two have a fair bit of differences, however I see the possibility for some plotting. :] Justin's an Angelli, their first difference, but he would never judge by someone's breed. Noww, Justin absolutely adores clubbing, partying, drinking, you name it. He's all out for having a good time and at times, can also be reckless. I'm thinking this is the area where the two can connect, maybe? Party buddies or something? Lemme know! Justin's a truly good-natured man, but if given reason, can hold a mad grudge. Otherwise he's a very laid-back, chill kinda guy, who will do anything to get someone to laugh, and adores fooling around. In other areas they seem to be somewhat opposite, but maybe they can be weird friends or something? The whole opposites attract thingything, but like... just friends? Lmfao, I don't even know. :3 Whatcha think?

Well, Nixie's my council member, but she tries to ignore that when she's not in Pandora, she hates people pointing it out and tries to avoid that whole scene. She's a partier, loves to dance and drink...and sex. Justin -points above- is her match but she's currently ignoring him as much as possible, so she's open to sexual things as well, she's stubborn enough to push through the feelings of being sick when with someone who's not her match lol. But other than that...she likes to appear laid back and relaxed and happy, though she's playing an odd little game in her head, so perhaps something interesting could occur there? Also her mother is a big name, big into politics and the like, so perhaps they could have met that way

Willow++Elliot

My little half breed, she's only 19 so nothing sexual or fling-y there, but Willow is almost always found in Nox, raving or partying or just living her life to the fullest possible extent. Oh, and she's mute. But maybe something there? IDK, just offering up my girls!

Well, these two will be very interesting! Elliot definitely won't pick up on the fact that Rueben probably doesn't even consider him a friend but he will be able to guess that he is being used for his position. Luckily, it doesn't bother him in the slightest and he'd like the guy is of wealth. Make powerful 'contacts' and all that ;D I definitely see these two frequenting a gentleman's club together for drinks fairly often for whatever reason. In normal terms they would be very close friends but as it is, they could just use the time to talk about how much they dislike the council if he feels the same way haha,

Alternatively, and feel free to throw this out with the dirt, but there is a dramatic idea I thought of... sort of haha. Well, One of Elliot's many flaws is his love of alcohol and I'm sure that they would hang out at times. Now, he's quite reserved a lot of the time but if reuben found out some interesting things from an intoxicated Elliot then he could always use it to have the mayor on his side, even if it's not from his town. It's not what you know, it's not who you know... it's what you know about who you know after all. ;] Just an idea.

Hey, lovely! Well, Justin's in luck because Elliot doesn't discriminate either and has no preference to certain species over others. I like the idea of them being odd friends! Perhaps they just find that conversation flows very naturally between them both and I think Elliot would quietly envy Justin's good nature. I'm failing with anything dramatic but I'm sure they could drink together and have good chats when they spoke one another in clubs. :]

Haha, well if Nixie is looking for a enemies/friends with benefits she's found the right guy. He probably wouldn't especially like that she was part of the council as he feels they lean over his shoulder a lot considering he is kind of corrupt.

I agree on the idea of them meeting with her mum being in politics since his own father was too involved in that scene. It's where he gained most of his tricks of the trade so definitely, perhaps they've known each other a long time... like before he was mayor even. Have some form of a dramatic history somewhere along the way ;]

I'm kind of failing between these two but they could be the people that recognise one another from out and about like "hey, i know you" even if she doesn't speak. That is a foreign thing to him since he is so confident in most things he does, including speaking so it will throw him west haha.

Bahaha, well I love the sound of this. He definitely will not like her if she pushes and orders him around and you can guarantee that he will rebel against her commands whenever he can. Elliot isn't known for listening very well ;]

He will be a sarcastic fool when it comes to standing in front of the council and he will have no shame in shrugging when he's asked about taking bribes. He wouldn't admit it but he would refute the claims either, you know ;D He won't think she is special like so many other people will and just roll his eyes at her. I can see her being very good at winding him up though ;] He does have a temper on him haha.

Haha dramatic history FTW, Nixie was forced to grow up in that scene so I deff think meeting there works ^_^ Nixie doesn't much like mayors either so Perhaps a "I knew you before you turned to the dark side" kinda thing could be amusing...and friends with benefits/enemies is always fun lol...basically I vote yes, in a long and rambling way.

Rueben doesn't particularly hate the Council, but I'd say that he was jealous over their power and control, and if asked, he would gladly say that they are not needed. So yes, I can see that topic coming up frequently whilst they're drinking. (:

And I like this idea very much! Rueben would definitely use any information he finds out to his own benefit. He wouldn't hesitate to turn nasty if needed, and he would blackmail Elliot without a seconds thought. He'd only do that if for some reason their friendship was broken off, though. But he would drop very sly hints that he knows too much for his own amusement. (:

Bahaha, well he will probably have a guard on him at most times but since she is a council member, i'm sure he won't stop her from shoving Elliot. She could be one of the few individuals aware of his phobia of fire and use that to get her way. And yes! He would definitely call her Ashe just to annoy her hahah!

I think that even though they are 'friends', Rueben would be someone he wouldn't mess with purely because he would pick up on the hints of him knowing a lot about Elliot. Maybe there could be something dramatic happen where Rueben needs his help and for some reason Elliot refuses and it comes to that. Who knows. :]

Sounds good to me! Justin may be a little intimidated by the fact he's the mayor, but I doubt it'll bother him too much. If they did become slight friends, it could be super interesting if Elliot ended up sleeping with Nix, 'cause of the fact she's Justin's match. He has a dangerous jealous streak, so he'd probably flip shit and decide he hated the guy, even if Nixie and Justin aren't exactly together yet, haha. Sososo, I guess they could go from friends to enemies or something, depending on if Justin finds out or not? xD Could be an interesting lil plot?
