the great hall is where the council does the business that is private. it's a grand place, high ceilings, royal blue and rich red furnishings, a long table and a chair for each council member.

the grand white steps that lead up to the imposing council house. many a person has sat on these steps, trying to work up the courage to go in. and many a council member has stormed out onto these steps to get some air.
