this classic theater is named after the first council member chosen by dionysus. they play classical movies down in the basement, but upstairs traditional performances reign, complete with a balcony area in the audience.

THE WINGED DISTRICT
the winged district is a shopping center, however unlike the one in umbra, it is full of more knick knack shops. things like antiques, cupcake shops, and other things of the like. it also houses the best tattoo parlor around. it even houses mitchell theater, which is one place that's always worth checking out. also, near the edge of the district is the rose gardens, one of the most romantic places in pandora.
