there's nothing new in dying now twenty-four, shade, arrogant, playful, heartless, flirt  Hello. (: Meet Rueben. He's a wealthy twenty-four year old Shade, and he prefers flings to relationships, and risks rather than stability. He isn't the sort to care about other people, and he mostly focuses on himself. He's pretty arrogant, he certainly thinks he's almost perfect. He doesn't care for friendship, but he'll gladly call people his friends for his own good. He doesn't think it's wrong to use people, because he doesn't put other people's emotions into mind, and he doesn't stop to think about how other people feel. He's a little insane, really. Just a bit. He killed his family by burning them all alive just so that he could inherit the Dawson fortune, after all. He likes to play around and joke, rather than be serious. He's got a bit of a cheeky personality, and he's got a way with his words. He keeps his true feelings to himself, but he won't hide his thoughts for the sake of others. He rarely does anything for anyone else, and he pretty much thinks that he's the center of the universe. In his eyes, the whole word revolves around himself. He can be blunt, sometimes, but he prefers to be complicated, and leave people confused and unable to understand. He finds it fun when people think they're friends with him, or know him well, because he never lets all of his personality show. He's amused easily, and he's quite easy-going, but he can be just as argumentative if he wants to be.
I'm looking for people that Rueben can call friends, but he won't actually see their relationship as friendship, and he'll just be nice enough to them so that he can use them for his own advantage. A few girls as his lovers, but he won't stay around long enough to have a relationship of any kind, and a handful of people to call his enemies, because Rueben is certainly the type of guy to have some.

So I would love these two to plot, please and thank you yes? lol. Nixie had a hell of a lot of flings before she met her match so perhaps they have history in that respect? Plus she's a Council Member so she'd be a friend in a high place. I really just think it'd be amusing to see them plot together honestly, they seem like they would either like or hate each other I guess.

I think that a friends with benefits type of relationship could be made here. Rueben would certainly have sex with her without a second thought, and he would want to be 'friends' with her because of her position in the Council. He would use her for his benefit, but nothing more.
Since she's matched, he would quite honestly try and seduce her to sleep with him and cheat on his partner for his own amusement. He would find it funny that she cheated on her match because of him, and it would be a way of letting him show that he has the ability to do such a thing. If you haven't guessed already, Rueben is quite a power freak. He just loves control. What do you think? (:

Lol she'd be fine with him using her as a friend, seeing as in her head she'd be using him for sex probably, she has issues. And he wouldn't have to seduce too hard, she's trying to forget him so she'd happily sleep with him even though she's matched, though once she commits to him he'd have a harder time, because she doesn't cheat. She likes control too so this could be fun ^_^ lol

Haha, heythur! Well, baaasically, I think these two would be perfect enemies. They both have the mentality that leaves them thinking that the universe revolves around them, they both seem to be pretty uncaring about others, and they're both pretty wealthy. Being that Alexander hates most men in general, let alone one who would come across as a threat, he'd probably hate him before they even spoke. Either that, or perhaps they could bond and create some fake little friendship or something over their similarities? Haha, no idea. Either way, they'd be hilarious to thread together. BLYTHE && RUEBEN So upon reading his app, I do believe that Rueben and Blythe could be very interesting. I mean, they're kind of alike.... except you know, she didn't kill her entire family, and does care for people outside of just herself. But damn, they're both incredibly selfish, and she can be a flat out bitch sometimes. She wouldn't be afraid to tell him exactly what she thinks of him at any given point. I'm not entirely sure how he'd take that. But right now I kind of suck at coming up with good plots. All I can think of is this bickering kind of 'friendship' Where maybe he finds it amusing to get her worked up, and she flat out calls him every name under the sun, but there's this playful thing to it? IDK. She's kind of a....'friendly person' though XD She likes sex. She works as a 'dancer' at Luxuria. So there could be sexual stuff too. IDK. I FAIL. IDEAS? I like the idea of enemies, but maybe the fake friendship thing would be more interesting? Because Alexander is on the Council, Rueben would pretend to be friends, just so that he could use the 'friendship' to his advantage. But, I think because Alexander hates men, I think that he wouldn't be used so easily, which would make Rueben quite angry and annoyed. But yes, I agree that they would be funny together, Rueben would be torn in pretending to be friends, or just not bothering at all.
BLYTE AND RUEBEN
I like the idea of having this 'friendship', a lot. Because Blyte is pretty, Rueben would have definitely hit on her, but because she isn't in a position of power, he wouldn't have bothered to become friends with her. But Luxuria is a place that Rueben frequently goes to, so maybe they kept meeting, and just somehow turned out to become that playful 'friendship' you've mentioned. He'd find her interesting, and wouldn't mind having her around, but wouldn't care about her, either. If he insulted him, on the outside he'd either wave it away, unimpressed or shoot an insult straight back, but on the inside, he'd be fuming. He has a big sense of pride, you see. Maybe a 'friends' with benefits? He'd definitely tolerate the insults for the sex. (:

But she'd flirt with him because he's hot and has a bad boy attitude XD Though... if she ever starts caring for him as a friend, and then realizes that she doesn't mean shit to him, things could get real ugly real fast. so thats always an idea for the future, BUT YES, fwb totally works.
